closes #81

So far tests with opentibiabr show the new code is working well, however these files are not the best for testing as opentbiabr format is inconsistent with tfs.

1246 Monsters converted succesfully.
8 Monsters converted with warnings.
138 Monsters converted with errors.

one day I'll finish this but no ETA. I forget where I left off from memory its works well with TFS revscriptsys but needs a little but of work for otservbr revscriptsys.
